My wife is checking out at Walgreens today on Christmas Eve. And there’s a crowd of people, many employees, just hanging out by the entrance/exit of this place. They are crowded there because a pigeon has gotten into the store and is now trying to fly out, unsuccessfully. And with all the employees gathered there, no one can check out.

Today was jury duty.
I never got to become an actual juror. The trial went to a bench trial and they let us all go at noon. It has been a weird day though.
Lynette dropped me off 3 hours early at the courthouse on her way to work at 6:30 in the morning. Well I was so early the guards wouldn’t let me in yet. And there is no where to go by this courthouse. No mcdonalds, no starbucks,...

Still getting the hang of merging my use of Twitter/Tumblr/Facebook into a useful thing in my life. The Twitter updates in the Tumblr feed were getting a bit rediculous, so I’ve moved those over into a sidebar. Credit to Ryan Singer’s tumblog for having that sidebar first, and a google search led me to find the technique mentioned here at pinkandyellow.
